The Russian army was advancing in the Kupyansk sector near Synkivka village in Kharkiv Oblast. This was stated in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on November 27.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, the Russian army maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage activities, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

More than 160 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

On November 26, there were 63 military engagements. In total, the Russian army launched one missile and 34 air strikes and fired 51 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troop positions and localities.
