Defence forces in Kharkiv region are repelling attacks by the Russian army in the Kupyansk area. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

The Russian army maintains a military presence in the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions in the border areas, conducts active subversive activities and continues to increase the number of mines in the Belgorod region along the state border.

Air strikes were carried out in: Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Kurylivka and Pishchane in Kharkiv region.

Ukrainian defence forces repelled 6 enemy attacks in the Lyman sector near Makiivka, Luhansk region.

More than 110 localities in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions came under artillery fire.

Within the last day, 68 combat engagements took place.
