Kharkiv Governor reports that on Feb. 19 and 20, at least 11 border settlements of the Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, and Kharkiv districts in Kharkiv Oblast were affected by enemy shelling.

On Feb. 20, at 5 a.m., a private house was destroyed in the village of Novoosynove, Kupiansk district, as a result of Russian shelling. A woman may remain under the rubble.

  • As a result of the shelling of the Kupiansk district, the buildings of an agricultural enterprise caught fire in the village of Kurylivka.
  • A 40-year-old civilian man was wounded in Kruhliakivka.
  • Russians shelled the buildings of the fire and rescue unit in the village of Dvorichna.
  • A medical facility, a civil industry facility, a nine-story building, private houses, a garage, farm buildings, and cemetery monuments were damaged in Kupiansk.
  • Two civilians were wounded in the village of Strilecha, Kharkiv district: the woman was hospitalized, and the man was provided medical assistance.
  • In the village of Lyptsi near Kharkiv, the private houses were damaged. Two women aged 50 and 32 reported being injured.
  • A 45-year-old woman got shrapnel wounds in Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district. She received medical assistance.
  • The pyrotechnicians neutralized 58 explosive objects.
  • Izium residents received four tons of drinking water.
  • According to the General Staff, in Kharkiv Oblast, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupiansk direction. Ukrainian defenders repelled attacks in the area of ​​the village of Hrianykivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

Earlier this month, on Feb. 16, Russian troops launched five rocket attacks on Kharkiv.
