UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep 16 — At about 5:35 a.m., the Russian army dropped a FAB-250 glide bomb (UMPB D-30) on Petropavlivka village, Kupiansk district, killing a 74-year-old man, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

The Russian bomb attack on Petropavlivka also injured two women aged 24 and 50, and an 8-year-old boy.

Also, today, the Russians attacked Kupiansk using a glide bomb (KAB), FAB-250, Grad multiple rocket launcher, and an FPV drone.

The attack injured three civilians, including two women and a man. The Russians also damaged 20 houses, outbuildings, and cars.
