KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 1 — The Russian military shelled about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars over the past day. They hit at least three villages with airstrikes. The Russian attacks wounded four people.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

According to him, the Russian army dropped a munition from a drone in the village of Mytrofanivka, Kupiansk district, injuring a 47-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman. They are in the hospital with wounds. The Russian military hit the village of Osynove, Kupiansk district, with an FAB-500 [a 500-kilogram general-purpose aerial bomb with a high-explosive warhead developed in the Soviet Union — ed.], injuring a man and damaging a crossing.

The Russians shelled Vovchansk using multiple rocket launchers. The attack damaged a warehouse, four hangars, houses, and cars. Over seven explosions occurred in Kozacha Lopan at 10:14 p.m., no one was injured. The Russian army damaged a private house in the village of Synelnykove, Chuhuiv district.

On February 29, the Russian military shelled Vovchansk in the Chuhuiv district twice with artillery and drones. The attack injured an 18-year-old boy.
