UKRAINE, Mar 13 — In Ukraine, the Russian military killed 535 children and injured more than 1,789 children since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, reported the Office of the Prosecutor General, citing juvenile prosecutors.

As of March 13, 2024, according to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 1,254 children sustained injuries of varying severity.

Most children who suffered from Russian aggression live in the following regions:

  • Donetsk — 524;
  • Kharkiv — 338;
  • Kherson — 149;
  • Kyiv —130;
  • Dnipropetrovsk — 122;
  • Mykolaiv — 101;
  • Zaporizhzhia — 100;
  • Chernihiv — 72;
  • Luhansk — 67.

In addition, on March 12, the Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region, injured ten children aged from two months to 17 years, and a seven-year-old boy and an eight-year-old girl were wounded in Velyka Pysarivka, Sumy region, due to an airstrike.
