UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul 4 — At night, on July 3, around 9 p.m., Russians attacked a civilian car with an FPV drone that was near Tsupivka. The Russian drone strike injured the driver, reported Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Derhachi City Military Administration.
Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and airstrikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.
Viacheslav Zadorenko said that the injured man was a resident of the Derhachi community. He has moderate injuries: sustained a blast wound, contusion, and brain injury during the attack.
Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast governor, reported that the Russian army dropped 36 guided bombs (KABs) on the Kharkiv region over the past day, injuring about 17 people.
In particular, Syniehubov said that at around 4 p.m., Russian troops shelled the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring 14 people. The Russian attack damaged two buildings, 10 houses, 12 apartment buildings, a cafe, a post office, a two-story sports club, and two university buildings.
