UKRAINE, IZIUM, Jul. 24 — Around 12:55 p.m., Russian forces attacked Izium, a city east of the Kharkiv oblast, damaging a building of the Ukrposta, Ukraine’s state owned postal service, the Izium military administration said.

According to the Izium administration, Russians attacked the city using Banderol, a small Russian-made missile with a flight range of up to 500 kilometers (about 311 miles).

The attack also damaged a shop and houses nearby. No casualties were reported.

This morning, Russians also attacked a building of the Nova Poshta, a Ukrainian private postal operator, in Izium.
