KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 6 — The Russian military attacked a village in the Kharkiv Oblast with drones. The shelling damaged the buildings of a kindergarten and a lyceum. There were no casualties, reported the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, on March 6, at around 1:10 a.m., the Russian drones hit the civilian infrastructure of Martove village, Chuhuiv district. Law enforcement officers collected the wreckages of four unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office has started a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that on the night of March 6, the Russians used seven drones to attack Martove in the Chuhuiv district. The Ukrainian Air Defence Forces shot down some of the drones. About 20 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian fire over the past day.
The shelling of Pershotravneve in the Izium district also damaged an educational institution. There were no casualties.
In Vovchansk, a private house caught fire after the Russian shelling. There is no information on casualties.
On the morning of March 5, the Russians shelled Kurylivka, Kupiansk district. They killed a 68-year-old woman. Law enforcement officers were working at the hit site.
