UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 25 — As of today, 157 children have been evacuated from dangerous communities of the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv Oblast, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

According to him, as of March 24, 37 children have been evacuated from the Vilkhuvatka and 120 from the Velykyi Burluk communities.

Oleh Syniehubov said that, on March 7, the Kharkiv Regional Defence Council decided to forcefully evacuate children with their parents or guardians in 18 settlements of the Velykyi Burluk and Vilkhuvatka territorial communities.

There are 221 children still living in the Kupiansk community on the right bank of the Oskil River. The mandatory forced evacuation of children from the Kupiansk community will begin after the evacuation of children from the Vilkhuvatka and Velykyi Burluk communities is completed.
