Harrowing Images from Kharkiv Postal Terminal Attacked by Russian Army

Russian troops shelled the Nova Poshta terminal in Kharkiv region by two S-300 missiles at about 10:13 p.m. on October 21.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the operation to rescue people who were injured in the Russian army’s strike on the postal terminal in Kharkiv region has been completed.

The President said this during his evening video statement.

“The necessary assistance has been provided to all the victims. There are 17 of them in total. Six people were killed by this strike. My condolences to the families and friends of the victims! We will definitely respond to every manifestation of Russia’s terror. And to this strike as well,” Zelensky said.

Six company employees were killed in a Russian missile attack on the terminal on October 21. Their names became known on October 22.

The names of the deceased employees were published by Olena Plakhova, director of reputation and marketing at Nova Poshta.

The victims of the Russian missile strike were:

  • Oleksandr Temnikov, 31 years old;
  • Dmytro Herasichkin, 30 years old;
  • Artem Akopov, 21 years old;
  • Oleksandr Bizhanov, 22 years old;
  • Vladyslav Pankov, 28 years old;
  • Oleksii Yermola, 23 years old.
