KHARKIV OBLAST, Jan 30 — In the afternoon, at around 12:18, Russian troops attacked the Kharkiv Oblast. 

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

“A hit was documented in the oblast. No casualties at the moment,” Oleh Syniehubov wrote.

The investigation into the damage and the type of weapon used in the attack is underway. According to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, Russians hit the suburbs of the city.
