Russian army attacked Kupyansk with four Shahed drones on the night of November 10. The UAVs hit a two-story residential house and an administrative building, said Serhiy Bolvinov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Police Investigation Department.

“The second attack took place an hour and a half later – two more Shaheds hit a private building, the strikes were recorded in two yards. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The Russians continue to use insidious tactics – they strike for the second time after arrival, when medics, rescuers and investigators are already working on the spot,” Bolvinov added.

According to him, it was the repeated shelling that caused police officers to be injured.
