On the evening of July 27, Russian forces shelled the village of Novoosynove in the Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast. As a result of the shelling, five people were injured, and two residential buildings were damaged.
That was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
“A 61-year-old woman was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. The 84- and 75-year-old men and the 65- and 72-year-old women with minor injuries received help on the spot and did not require hospitalization,” the message reads.
Moreover, forest fires occurred in the villages of Petropavlivka and Podoly in the Kupiansk district and Novoplatonivka in the Izium district due to enemy shelling.
Russian shelling damaged a grain warehouse in the village of Shiykivka, Izium district.
Earlier, the Russian army attacked Kivsharivka, killing one and injuring four.
