KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 11 — At around 1:30 p.m., Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, came under Russian fire. 

The shelling injured a 70-year-old woman and damaged eight private houses, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

After 1 p.m., the Russian military shelled the village of Hlushkivka in the Kupiansk district, injuring three men. All of them are in the hospital.

The Russians also fired at the village of Kutuzivka, Kharkiv district, with S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles. There were no casualties.

This afternoon, on March 11, Russian troops attacked the suburbs of Derhachi, Kharkiv Oblast. There is no information on casualties.
