UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 25 — Over May 23, Russian forces conducted a massive attack on gas objects of Naftogaz Group in the Kharkiv and Poltava regions, said the press service of the largest Ukrainian oil and gas state company.

The press service said that Russian attacks seriously damaged the gas equipment and caused large-scale fires.

They said that rescue services evacuated all workers from the attacked objects.

Naftogas added that the situation remains difficult, and it’s impossible to evaluate the consequences of the attacks because of the threat of repeated strikes by Russia.

On May 25, Russian forces launched a missile at Derhachi in the Kharkiv oblast. The attack killed 2 and injured 23 people.
