UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 20 — On May 19, a Russian Geran-2 drone hit the Shevchenkove settlement in the Kupiansk district. The attack damaged houses, killed a 75-year-old woman, and injured three other women aged 38, 53, and 57 years old, reported Andrii Kanashevych, the head of the Kupiansk district military administration.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 21 settlements in the region with 36 drones of different types, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.
In the Kupiansk district, Russians also damaged a house in Shevchenkove settlement and launched an FPV drone at Spodobivka village, injuring a woman, said the Kharkiv regional police.
Russian forces attacked the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring a 16-year-old girl.
Russians also attacked a farm in Buhaivka village and destroyed a house in Borova settlement in the Izium district.
In the Bohodukhiv district, Russian attacks damaged administrative buildings, houses, power networks, a tractor, a hangar, and a truck. Another Russian drone also hit a car near Svitlychne village, injuring a 48-year-old man.
