UKRAINE, KUPIANSK, Jan 29 — Russian drone attack on Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast hit near an ambulance, injuring its driver, a 43-year-old man, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.
Kupiansk, a city to the southeast of Kharkiv Oblast, is an important logistical, railway hub for the region. That’s why Russian troops attack it relentlessly while conducting an offensive to occupy it for the second time during a full-scale war.
Apart from the ambulance driver who was hospitalized with explosive injuries, the Russian attack affected two more people: a doctor, 26, and a paramedic, 41, were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
During the all-out war, Russia damaged 231, destroyed 263, and captured 125 ambulances.
