UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov 5 – The Russian attacks on the Kharkiv region killed 13 and injured 125 people during the week of October 28-November 3, reported the press service of the Regional Military Administration.  

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

On October 29, at night, the Russian army conducted an airstrike on the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv, killing four people.

On October 30, the Russian shelling of Kucherivka, Kupiansk district, killed a 42-year-old man.

Russian bomb attack on a nine-story building in Saltivka killed three people, including 11- and 15-year-old boys and a 29-year-old man.

Also, on October 31, the Russian shelling of Kupiansk killed a 73-year-old man.

On the evening of November 1, Russia fired two missiles at a police station in Kharkiv, killing 43-year-old Colonel Andrii Matvienko.

On November 3, Russia dropped FAB-500 bomb on Kivsharivka, killing a man and two women.
