TÜRKIYE, ANTALYA, Apr. 17 — Intelligence data shows that Russia is preparing to launch seven air attacks on Ukraine per month “in the nearest time,” claimed Ukraine Foreign Affairs Minister Andrii Sybiha to Interfax-Ukraine during ADF-Talks discussion within Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026.

Russia regularly launches air attacks on Ukraine. On Apr. 16, one such overnight mass airstrike killed at least 15 people, including a child, across Ukraine. Russia used 55 missiles and 659 kamikaze drones to conduct it.

“In our reality, a mass attack means at least 400 drones combined with at least 20 missiles,” Sybiha added. He also mentioned that, as of today, Ukraine’s air defense units destroy up to 90% of air targets during Russian attacks.

Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026) is an international event for world leaders and government officials organized in Türkiye for the fifth time. Its theme is “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties,” and it will run until Apr. 19, 2026.
