UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Sep. 29 — Rescuers finished cleaning debris of the apartment building that was damaged after the Russian attack on the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv on Sep. 28, Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region, reported.

That day, Russian forces launched a glide bomb at a nine-story apartment building between the third and fourth floors, partially destroying the lower floors.

The attack injured 48 people, including 12 children. 24 people suffered blast injuries, including three girls and five boys aged from eight to 16 years old. Another 24 people suffered an acute stress reaction, including four girls aged three to 15 years old.

According to Syniehubov, a 43-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl are staying in the hospital. Medics consider their condition to be moderate.

Over the past day, Russian forces also attacked Kharkiv and nine settlements in the region with missiles, artillery, and 139 drones of different types.
