UKRAINE, MALA DANYLIVKA COMMUNITY, May 5 — Russian airstrike on Mala Danylivka community started fire after which authorities temporarily closed one of the highways leading out of Kharkiv, reported the head of the community, Oleksandr Hololobov, and the head of Derhachi city military organization Viacheslav Zadorenko.
Hololobov reported that, after the first Russian strike, a series of explosions were heard in the community.
He added that the authorities have information about 50 households being damaged in the attack. A coordination point to help people affected by the reported airstrike has been opened in the community.
The highway Kharkiv—Derhachi—Zolochiv, leading northwest out of Kharkiv, is temporarily closed for transport on the section between Kharkiv and Derhachi. There’s an opportunity to take a detour through the Cherkaska Lozova village, local authorities reported.
No casualties have been reported from the Mala Danylivka community as of 7:01 p.m., and no information about the weapon Russia used to attack it has been revealed.
