UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov 19 – On November 19, in the Kharkiv direction, the Russian army lost 100 units of weapons and military equipment, including five tanks, reported the “Kharkiv” group of forces.
Russia started its new offensive north and northeast in the Kharkiv region in May, but Ukrainian troops have stabilized the frontline in this section since. Now, heavy battles are ongoing in and around Vovchansk (three miles from the border, 46 miles away from Kharkiv) and near Lyptsi (six miles from the border, 12 miles from Kharkiv.)
In the Kharkiv direction, Russians also lost two armored combat vehicles, five artillery systems, 18 vehicles, three units of special equipment, and 67 unmanned aerial vehicles over the last day.
The Russian army also lost 124 troops over the past day, the “Kharkiv” wrote.
Over the past day, the Russian military conducted six airstrikes in the Kharkiv direction, using 11 glide bombs and eight unguided missiles, launched 35 kamikaze drone strikes, and fired 422 times at Ukrainian positions.
