Kharkiv Regional Military Administration: Russians shelled at least 11 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast
- Timofiivka, Krasne, Kupiansk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, and other settlements were under enemy fire on March 27.
- The enemy struck the village of Huriiv Kozachok in the Bohodukhiv district from two helicopters. Residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged.
- A private household was damaged due to a mortar attack in the village of Pershotravneve in the Izium district on March 27.
- A 50-year-old civilian died by stepping on an unknown explosive object.
- Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service defused 91 explosive objects on March 27.

Vovchansk came under artillery fire on March 27-28. Roofs and windows of residential buildings, garages, farm buildings and fences are damaged on the territory of 16 private households.
