KHARKIV, JAN 17 — At about 9:43 p.m. on January 16, two explosions occurred in Kharkiv. One of the rockets hit a three-story building of a non-operational medical facility, partially destroying it, the Kharkiv region’s State Emergency Service wrote.

SES employees rescued one woman and evacuated 30 people. There is information about 17 injured people.

16 women aged 38 to 90 years and a 31-year-old man are among the injured civilians. Currently, 13 people are in hospital, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

According to him, two women have severe injuries. One is 43 years old received a penetrating wound. The other is 39 years old. Another 11 victims have moderate and light injuries.
