UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct. 7 — A farm worker was killed when he stepped on an explosive device while working in Pidseredie village of the Kupiansk district, the Kharkiv regional police said.
In the Kupisnak district, Russian forces also attacked a car in Ploske village, injuring a man.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 11 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with four missiles and 160 drones of different types, Oleh Syniehubov, the governor, said.
Russian troops attacked the Lozova district with missiles, damaging a civilian business and a farm. They also damaged a shop in Hrushyne village, injuring a woman.
In the Izium district, Russian attacks damaged a storage building in Havrylivka village and left 1,063 consumers without power in Izium itself.
Over the Kharkiv oblast, the Russian attack damaged houses and storage buildings in the Chuhuiv district, houses in the Kharkiv district, cars and houses in the Bohodukhiv district, and a storage building in the Berestyn district.
