KHARKIV, UKRAINE, Mar 22 — From 4:15 a.m. to 5:25 a.m., Kharkiv residents heard at least 15 explosions. The City Mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported Russians are hitting energy infrastructure with missiles.
He said, “About 15 explosions in Kharkiv. The city has issues with electricity — the adversary targets energy infrastructure. Some of the hit sites caught fire.” Terekhov added water outages are also reported.
Governor of the region Oleh Syniehubov reported all 15 explosions were attacks on critical infrastructure, adding that “the electricity in the city is basically completely cut off.”
