UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 21 — On March 20, at 10:40 p.m., the Russian military fired an Iskander-M missile at Barvinkove, Izium district, injuring a 42-year-old man. He was not hospitalized.

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, and Volodymyr Tymoshko, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Police, reported this on Telegram.

According to them, the missile attack damaged the city’s administrative building, equipment, and a high-voltage wireline.

At around 3:45 a.m., the Russian military hit Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv district with airstrikes. The shelling injured a 56-year-old civilian. Now, he is in the hospital. The Russian attack also damaged private houses and households.

In total, about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under artillery and mortar fire by the Russian army over the past day, including Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Budarky, Ambarne, Dvorichna, and Synkivka. The Russian military also hit Oleksandrivka, Kozacha Lopan, and Veterynarne with airstrikes.

In addition, Russian artillery shelling damaged three private houses in Vovchansk. The Russian shell hit the territory in the village of Kurylivka, Kupiansk district. In Dvorichna village of the same district, a Russian drone damaged a VAZ 2107 car. And in the village of Podoly, the roof of a house and an outbuilding caught fire due to the shelling.

As Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported on March 20, at around 1 p.m., the Russian army fired a Kh-35 anti-ship missile at a civilian enterprise in the Kholodnohirskyi district of the city. The strike killed five people and injured ten others.
