UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 3 — Russian forces attacked the Pechenihy settlement in eastern Kharkiv oblast on the right bank of the Siverskyi Donets river with a missile. The attack injured 10 people, said Oleh Synehubov, governor of the Kharkiv oblast.

Anna Hontar, spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, told journalists that among the injured were two children, including two girls aged 13 and 9. The children got an acute stress reaction.

One man’s leg broke in an explosion. The other injured people suffered an acute stress reaction as well, Viktor Zabashta, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Emergency Center, told the local media, Suspilne Kharkiv.

Synehubov said that the attack caused a fire in a house and an outbuilding nearby.

The Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office said that Russian forces used two Banderol missiles to attack the settlement.

On Aug. 18, Russian forces attacked Pechenihy with two Banderol missiles. The attack killed 10 and injured over 20 people.
