KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, Apr 26 — The Russian army attacked a volunteers’ car with a drone strike in the village of Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Zolochiv community. The shelling injured three people, said Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.

The Russians struck at 12:30 p.m., injuring local volunteers: a 56-year-old man and his 54-year-old wife. Their 18-year-old son also sought help.

According to Oleh Syniehubov, the Russian army shelled the car after the volunteers delivered humanitarian aid to the villagers.  

On April 25, Russia’s attack on the Balakliia railway station in the Izium district injured seven men and four women. In addition, according to Syniehubov, the missile attack damaged the windows and roof of the railway station building and the Kharkiv-Izium train, which was 15 meters away from the hit site.

Also, the Russian military shelled Novoosynove village in the Kupiansk district, injuring two women aged 73 and 60. There is information that Russia shelled the village from multiple rocket launchers, damaging a house and an outbuilding.

In total, in just one day, about 15 towns and villages in the Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian artillery and mortar fire.
