UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 21 — Over the past day, Russian forces destroyed 15 settlements of the Kharkiv oblast, injuring eight people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.

Russians used a multiple rocket launcher and 18 drones of different types to attack the Kharkiv region, Syniehubov added.

The Kharkiv regional police said that Russians attacked Zolochiv settlement and Liutivka village, damaging houses in the Bohodukhiv district. In Zolochiv itself, they also damaged a car, injuring a 42-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man. Russians also attacked the Odnorobivka village with artillery, damaging an apartment building. They launched drones at Petrivka village, damaging houses.

Russian forces attacked a gas station, injuring a 45-year-old worker and a 25-year-old woman in Kamiana Yaruha in the Chuhuiv district . In Hontarivka village, another attack injured a 53-year-old man. In Chuhuiv itself, a Russian drone damaged the roof of the apartment building.

In the Kupiansk district, a Russian FPV drone hit a car, injuring two men and a woman. Other attacks on the district damaged houses in Verhnozorianske and Novomykolaivka villages.

Russians also injured a 52-year-old man who was operating a tractor in a field. He got out of the cab when an explosion occurred. The man suffered blast injuries and was hospitalized.

On May 21, a Russian FPV drone hit a truck on M03 Highway north of Kharkiv, killing a driver and causing a fire.
