UKRAINE, ZMIIV, Aug. 28 — Russian attack on residential building in Zmiiv, the city in the southern part of Kharkiv region, killed a 38-year-old woman, reported the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office.
The killed woman’s 10-year-old daughter and another 61-year-old woman were diagnosed with acute stress response, prosecutors added. The house targeted by the drone was destroyed, and the attack also damaged five households around the epicenter.
The preliminary findings of an investigation show that Russian troops hit Zmiiv with a Geran-3 kamikaze drone, a Russian analog of the Iranian-made Shaheds.
On Aug. 27, Russians also attacked Kharkiv with a kamikaze drone, targeting a shopping mall in the Osnovianskyi district of the city. The airstrike killed a 40-year-old man and injured another five people.
