Russian troops continue to attack towns and villages in Kharkiv region with artillery and mortars. The enemy shelled at least 9 localities in the region during the day, the General Staff reported in an evening update.

The adversary maintains military presence in the Slobozhansk sector. During the day, Ivashky, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, and Vovchansk in Kharkiv region came under mortar and artillery fire.

Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold the line in the Kupyansk sector. Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zakhidne, Kupyansk and Kyslivka in the Kharkiv region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

The probability of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.
