KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 1 — On the evening of January 31, the Russian military shelled private houses with artillery and hit a hospital in the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district with airstrikes. 

The attack damaged the facade of the hospital, windows, and roof, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.

“The hospital staff and patients had time to respond to the air raid alert. Thirty-eight people were evacuated. A 69-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man were injured [in the bombing — ed.], they refused to be hospitalised,” the statement said.

There is information that the Russian military attacked the village with two aerial bombs.
