UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 22 — Over the past day, the Russian forces launched one reactive rocket and 28 kamikaze drones at Kharkiv and 17 settlements of the region, killing one and injuring another, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region. 

Syniehubov said that a Russian attack killed a 40-year-old man on the round road near the village of Lisne of Mala Danylivka Community. In the morning of May 21, a Russian FPV drone attacked a truck on the northern part of the ring road in 3 kilometers (~1,9 miles), killing a driver. Most likely, Syniehubov spoke about this case. 

In total, Russian forces attacked the Kharkiv outskirts with at least five first-person view (FPV) drones in one day. The Kharkiv regional police closed a part of the round road because of the threat of repeated attacks. 

Russian forces also attacked the Nemyshlianskyi and Kyivskyi districts of Kharkiv, damaging houses, the governor said

Russian attacks also damaged houses, a granary, a vehicle, and an outbuilding across the Kharkiv region.
