On 27 April, the Russian army continued to fire on the border towns of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk districts of the region, according to the Kharkiv RMA head Oleh Syniehubov.

Liptsy, Buhayivka, Kozacha Lopan, Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Petropavlivka, Dvorichna, Lyman Pershyi and other towns came under attack.

  • A 120 mm mortar attack on Lyptsi in Kharkiv district damaged three private houses and a two-story flat building;
  • At Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, private houses, a garage and a tractor were damaged.

Mine danger

At Tokarivka, Kharkiv district, a Kharkivoblenergo vehicle hit a mine while restoring power lines. Four employees were injured and the driver died on the spot.

Also, over the past day, pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service examined almost 14 hectares of territory and defused 75 explosive devices.
