Day 475 of the Russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun. The adversary continues to shell Kharkiv Oblast with mortars, artillery, and air strikes.

  • During June 12, Russian occupants used 2x Kalibr sea-launched cruise missiles targeting residential buildings in Kharkiv oblast.
  • In addition, the enemy launched 31x air strikes and 47x MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. In particular, the shelling of Shevchenkove in Kharkiv oblast destroyed private houses.

Slobozhanshchyna axis

The adversary continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine. It fired mortar and artillery shells at the settlements of Ivashky, Veterynarne, Vysoka Yaruha, Strilecha, Morokhovets, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, and Budarky in Kharkiv Oblast.

Kupiansk axis

The Russian army launched air strikes in the region’s vicinities of Milove and Kyslivka. Dvorichna, Masiutivka, Lyman Pershyi, Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Berestove localities in Kharkiv region came under mortar and artillery shelling.

Kharkiv RMA

The enemy fired at settlements in Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Bohodukhiv districts of the region with cannon artillery, MLRS, mortars and aircraft.

The adversary attacked Kharkiv with Shahed drones last night. The facade of a building in Kyivskyi district was damaged. A fire broke out in a warehouse in the Saltivsky district. Preliminary, there were no casualties.

At least 9 residential buildings, a gas pipeline and a shop building were damaged due to a Tornado attack on Shevchenkove village in Kupyansk district. A 33-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were hospitalised with injuries.

Mine clearance

Pyrotechnic crews of the State Emergency Service inspected about 8 hectares of territory, including 0.5 hectares using mechanised demining machines, as well as 11 km of power lines in Kharkiv, Izium, Kupiansk, Bohodukhiv and Chuhuiv districts of the region. Engineers discovered and defused 233 pieces of enemy mines, explosives and ammunition.
