DERHACHI, KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, March 25 – Russian troops fired at the Derhachi community, which borders Russia, in the Kharkiv Oblast, at approximately 4:11 p.m. The head of the community, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, reported this on his Telegram channel.
The Russian aerial bomb destroyed at least two houses and damaged about a dozen private houses. Four women aged 56, 58, 66, and 68 experienced an acute stress reaction but refused hospitalization.
According to Oleksandr Kulik, a spokesman for Derhachi City Council, it is likely that a KAB (guided weapon) shelled the city. The attack created a 4-meter (13-ft) deep crater. The consequences of the shelling are being repaired on the spot.
What is KAB
The KAB-500S-E “drop-and-forget” guided aerial bomb with satellite guidance equipment and a HE warhead is a precision-guided weapon and is designed to destroy stationary ground and surface targets such as warehouses, military industrial facilities and ships at anchor.
