The Government has allocated UAH 911.5 million from the reserve fund to strengthen the defense borders in Kharkiv region.

Moreover, the Government has allocated more than UAH 363 million for Chernihiv region, said Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

“At the request of the Kharkiv and Chernihiv Military Administrations, we are allocating UAH 911.5 million for Kharkiv and over UAH 363 million for Chernihiv for the construction of military engineering and fortification structures,” the Prime Minister added.

According to him, the customers and contractors of these works are the regional military administrations.
