On November 29, in the Kupyansk direction, the Russian army conducted assault operations in the areas of Synkivka and Petropavlivka in Kharkiv region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled seven attacks.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, the Russian army maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage activities, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in Belgorod region.

More than 110 settlements in Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire. They were subjected to air strikes: Sinkivka, Petropavlivka, Kupyansk, and Kurylivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

There were 101 combat engagements on November 29. In total, the Russian army launched 11 missile and 28 air strikes, and fired 43 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas.

Russians reduced the number of attacks in Kupyansk area due to bad weather conditions. The tactics of Russian troops partly depend on the weather: in rough conditions, they conduct fewer assaults, Ivan Shevtsov, assistant chief of the 15th mobile border guard detachment Stalevyi Kordon.

Evacuation of children from dangerous frontline areas of Kharkiv Oblast completed. During November 3-26, 296 children were evacuated from the dangerous territory. Two more children are on the list in the Kurylivska community: born in 2012 and 2018. However, there are no children at their addresses.
