UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 28 — Russian forces tried to enter border villages of the Chuhuiv district in the northern part of the Kharkiv oblast, said the 16th Army Corps.

The military said that Russian troops tried to enter Zenlianky and Budarky villages with small groups of two to three soldiers.

Earlier, the 16th Army Corps said that the Russians plan to capture the Zemlianky village in the Vovchansk community. Zemlianky is located 5 kilometers (~3 miles) from Dehtiarne, which DeepState, a Ukrainian OSINT war monitoring group, marked as occupied by Russian forces.

Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance monitors Russian activity and Ukrainian forces attack Russian infantry and their transport, said the 16th army corps.

Also, the Ukrainian military said that over the past two months, Russian troops have doubled their assaults in the northern part of the Kharkiv oblast.
