UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 14 — The Russian army shelled television infrastructure in the Kharkiv Oblast with drones. Restoration work is underway at the facilities, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

He also said that the Russian military hit Vovchansk with an airstrike and shelled about 15 other towns and villages with artillery and mortars. Among them: Synkivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Hraniv, Strilecha, Borysivka, Vovchanski Khutory.

The Russian Federation shelled Vovchansk three times in 24 hours. At 8:15 a.m., the shelling destroyed one private house. The attack was repeated at 1:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m., the Russian troops destroyed 11 shops, three private houses, and five apartment buildings. According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, there were no casualties.

Syniehubov also noted that there were strikes in the Chuhuiv district in Vovchanski Khutory and Vilcha villages. The shelling of Vovchanski Khutory damaged two private houses and two cars.

At 11:00 a.m., the Russians damaged one private house in Kupiansk. They repeated the shelling at 11:40 a.m., damaging the house. At 9:00 a.m., the shelling damaged a private house in Kurylivka village of the Kupiansk district. The second shelling took place at 11:15 a.m.. The house was also damaged.

The Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 150 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
