UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 28 — Russian forces attacked a post office in Izium, a city east of Kharkiv oblast, injuring a 54-year-old man and causing a fire, reported the Kharkiv regional State Emergency Service.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked nine settlements of the Kharkiv oblast with seven glide bombs and 23 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor.
In the Kharkiv district, Russians attacked the Kozacha Lopan settlement, causing a fire in a house. Also, they attacked a civilian car, injuring a 62-year-old man, reported the Kharkiv regional police.
In the Lozova district, a Russian drone hit a house, damaging nearby houses, cars, and power networks.
Another Russian drone hit a house in the Bilyi Kolodiaz village in the Chuhuiv district.
In the Kupiansk district, Russians attacked Sadovod and Prykolotne settlements, damaging a civilian business territory and a house.
In the Bohodukhiv district, Russian forces attacked Klynova-Novoselivka and Odnorobivka villages, damaging houses and outbuildings.
They also damaged a house in the Borova settlement in the Izium district.
