UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 17 — In the morning of Jul. 16, a Russian drone attacked a civilian business in Vysokyi settlement five kilometers (~three miles) from Kharkiv. During the attack, a minibus was passing by and debris injured its four passengers and the driver, said the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Later, the Prosecutor’s Office said that the attack killed a 35-year-old man who worked as a security guard at a civilian business in Vysokyi.

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 23 settlements in the region with a missile and 54 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv oblast.

In Kharkiv, Russians attacked the Industrialnyi, Kholodnohirskyi, and Kyivskyi districts, injuring a 50-year-old man and damaging garages and cars.

In the Bohodukhiv district, west of the Kharkiv oblast, Russian attacks injured three men in Bohodukhiv itself and two women in Zolochiv settlement. They also damaged a farm, houses, a shop, cars, an ambulance, power networks, and a gas station in the district.

In the Chuhuiv district, Russians attacked Vyshneve village, injuring a 74-year-old woman. They also attacked Velyka Babka and Buhaivka villages.

Russian attacks damaged houses and fields with harvests in the Berestyn and Kharkiv districts.
