UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 21 — On Jul. 20, Russian forces attacked Shevchenkove settlement first with glide bombs. The attack injured four people and damaged houses, the State Emergency Service building, garages, and cars. Later, Russians attacked the settlement with artillery, killing a man and injuring four people. Head of the Kupiansk District Military Administration Andrii Kanashevych reported on the attack on his Facebook page.

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 18 settlements in the region with a missile, artillery, 12 glide bombs, and 69 attack drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv oblast.

In Kharkiv, Russians attacked the Shevchenkivskyi, Nemyshlianskyi, and Kyivskyi districts and injured five people, including a 13-year-old girl. The attacks damaged a gas station, cars, and a house, said the Kharkiv regional police.

In Izium, a city east of the Kharkiv oblast, Russian attacks injured a 24-year-old man and damaged a kindergarten building, houses, apartment buildings, cars, and a railway infrastructure.

A Russian artillery strike killed a 50-year-old man in Kostiantynivka of Bohodukhiv district. Other attacks damaged houses, apartment buildings, a kindergarten, and cars across the district.

In the Chuhuiv district, Russian attacks injured a 64-year-old man in Kamiana village.
