UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 16 — Over the past day, Russian forces launched three glide bombs and 72 kamikaze drones of different types at Kharkiv and 23 settlements in the oblast, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region. 

Syniehubov said that Russian attacks on Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi, Nemyshlianskyi and Shevchenkyvskyi district injured 9 people in the city, also damaging four apartment buildings, hangar, movie theater, drugstore’s warehouse, outbuilding, local business, and seven vehicles. 

Russian forces attacked the village of Yurivka in the Kupiansk district, injuring three men — a 33-year-old and two 52-year-olds. 

They injured two women, aged 59 and 77, and a 90-year-old man in the village of Husynka, also in the Kupiansk district.

Russian airstrikes injured a 66-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man in the village of Shevchenkove, again in the Kupiansk district.

In the city of Bohodukhiv, Russian attacks injured a 57-year-old man. 

Russian troops also damaged apartment buildings, houses, railroad infrastructure and other civilian infrastructure across the Kharkiv region.
