KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, JAN 15 — Prosecutors have launched a pre-trial investigation over the violation of the laws and customs of war.

At night on January 14, Russians attacked Vovchansk with guided aerial bombs. As a result, a threshing floor and two hangars of a local enterprise were damaged. This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

In addition, yesterday, the Russian military shelled Kupiansk with artillery. Private houses and outbuildings were damaged. On January 14, the Russian army also shelled Vilkhuvatka in the Kupiansk district. The warehouse of a civilian enterprise was damaged. 

Prosecutors have documented the consequences of the shelling and launched a pre-trial investigation.
