The head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported on the situation as of Feb. 24, 2023, in Kharkiv Oblast.  

  • 526 settlements were liberated.
  • 1.9 million tons of grain and leguminous crops were harvested.
  • 64.6 thousand tons of humanitarian aid were distributed.
  • Restoration works on 461 objects have been fully completed.
  • More than 600 km of state roads have been cleared of the consequences of hostilities.
  • 18 temporary bridges were erected.
  • 80% of the electricity supply, 77% of the gas supply, and 100% of boiler houses for heat supply have been restored in the liberated territories in Kharkiv Oblast.
  • Railway connections with 50 liberated settlements and a total of 138 bus routes have been restored.
  • The Ukrainian postal provider “Ukrposhta” resumed operation in 519 settlements.
  • Kharkiv Oblast hosted 382,9 thousand internally displaced persons.
  • 363 Points of Invincibility were deployed in Kharkiv city and oblast.

Earlier, it was reported that Kharkiv Oblast prosecutors investigated 12,700 war crimes and crimes related to the justification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
