The famous music band urged SkyUp passengers to donate funds in support of Ukraine through the UNITED24 platform.

SkyUp became a partner of UNITED24 in November. The branded aircraft has been flying since then, thus reminding the world about Ukraine and helping to raise funds for medical supplies for our defenders. During this time, the aircraft has made 43 flights to Europe, Asia, and Africa and carried more than 9,000 people.

In 2023, the airline’s passengers were in for a surprise. The ambassadors of UNITED24, the American band Imagine Dragons, recorded a message to the airline’s passengers.

“The world-famous musicians Imagine Dragons became UNITED24 ambassadors in July 2022 and since then have been constantly supporting projects and fundraisers for Ukraine – from fundraising for ambulances to raffling off an autographed guitar among subscribers of the monthly donation, from participating in a concert on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine to recording a greeting for SkyUp passengers. We are very grateful for this support and believe that one day the band will record a special greeting for the passengers of the first flight to Kyiv,” said Yaroslava Gres, UNITED24 coordinator.
