As of today, the operation of Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Postal Service, the national postal service of Ukraine) has been resumed in 532 settlements in the liberated Kharkiv Oblast. That makes up about 94% of all liberated territories of the region, Kharkiv RMA reported.
The service area of the stationary offices currently includes 390 settlements. In addition, another 18 mobile offices operate in 142 towns and villages.
In April, the company resumed its services in 14 more settlements in the de-occupied territory of Chuhuiv district.

Earlier, Ukrposhta released a labeled envelope “Welcome to hell”, which depicted Russian President Vladimir Putin.
